From my years as a dancer, an NFL cheerleader, and a dance team coach, I’ve experienced the good, the bad, and everything in between. I’ve been in high-pressure environments, led teams through growth and conflict, and watched firsthand what happens when leadership is either rooted in fear… or led with love.

That’s why I created With Luv.
