As a former studio dancer, high school team member, and NFL cheerleader, I know firsthand the emotional and mental battles that come with competing at the highest levels. The stress of constantly needing to prove your worth—whether on the field, at auditions, or in your own head. It’s exhausting. But I learned something important: You are more than your performance.

That’s why I created With Luv—to help dancers, coaches, and teams break free from the cycle of burnout and self-doubt. With Luv is not just about becoming a better dancer; it’s about redefining success. It’s about shifting from constant external validation to an internal sense of confidence, clarity, and self-worth.

I guide dancers through a transformative process, teaching them how to cultivate a mindset of self-love, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience. Through personalized coaching, team workshops, and digital resources, I help dancers tap into their full potential, not just in their dance career but in life.
